As verified on 2026-09-10, the site is now at fathom.ai rather than fathom.video, and the plans split into individual and team tracks: Free forever with unlimited recordings and summaries, Premium at $16 per user a month for individuals, and Team at $15 and Business at $25 per user with a two-user minimum. Premium was $19 when this review was written. Annual billing is advertised at 25% or more off, and every paid tier carries a 90-day guarantee. Note the shape of that pricing: Team is cheaper per seat than Premium but has a two-seat floor, so one person pays $16 and two people pay $30, not $32.
