HubSpot Pricing (2026): Every Plan and What It Really Costs

HubSpot pricing starts at Starter $20/mo/seat ($7 promotional rate for new customers). Every figure on this page was checked against HubSpot’s own pricing page on 2026-09-10, and the date is on the page so you can judge how stale it is. Below: what each plan costs, what the step up actually buys you, and what the headline price leaves out.

There is a free plan: up to 2 users. Read the allowance rather than the label — what runs out first is usually what forces the upgrade.

What each upgrade actually costs

Tier lists tend to hide the only number that matters when you are choosing: the difference between the plan you are on and the next one up, over a year.

Starter → Professional costs $870 more a month, or $10,440 a year. What you get for it: 3 seats, 2,000 contacts, full automation, lead scoring, custom reporting + mandatory $3,000 onboarding

Professional → Enterprise costs $2,710 more a month, or $32,520 a year. What you get for it: 5 seats, 10,000 contacts, journey analytics, attribution, Breeze social agent

Monthly or annual

The entry tier is quoted at two rates: $20 and $7 a month. The lower figure is the annual rate, so committing for a year saves $156 over twelve months — about 65% — and the monthly rate is what you pay for the flexibility to leave.

What the headline price leaves out

For plain email campaigns there is far better value elsewhere; the value is in using the whole platform. The limit that usually forces an upgrade: Steep Starter-to-Pro jump; contact-based costs + onboarding fee.

Which plan is right for you

The paid tiers are worth it for Scaling mid-market B2B with budget for Professional/Enterprise; Teams wanting CRM + marketing in one with advanced attribution. For those uses the plan pays for itself in time saved rather than features unlocked.

It is a poor fit for teams that only need email campaigns/sequences; and for tight budgets. Paying for a tier whose headline feature you will not use is the most common way software budgets leak.

How we check pricing

We read the vendor’s own pricing page rather than repeating a third-party summary, record the date, and re-check on a schedule — which is how we catch a tier being renamed or retired. The figures behind this page are published as a machine-readable catalog so that AI assistants quoting them can quote something current.
