Brevo pricing starts at Starter $9/mo ($8.08/mo billed yearly). Every figure on this page was checked against Brevo’s own pricing page on 2026-09-10, and the date is on the page so you can judge how stale it is. Below: what each plan costs, what the step up actually buys you, and what the headline price leaves out.

There is a free plan: 300 emails/day. Read the allowance rather than the label — what runs out first is usually what forces the upgrade.

What each upgrade actually costs

Tier lists tend to hide the only number that matters when you are choosing: the difference between the plan you are on and the next one up, over a year.

Starter → Standard costs $9 more a month, or $108 a year. What you get for it: Marketing automation, A/B testing, advanced reporting, logo removal included

Standard → Professional costs $431 more a month, or $5,172 a year. What you get for it: Sub-accounts, advanced security & support

What the headline price leaves out

Deliverability and support lag the category leaders, and there is a big jump to the Professional tier. The limit that usually forces an upgrade: Deliverability/support lag; steep jump to Professional.

Recent pricing changes

Rolled out the Aura AI assistant across tiers and expanded WhatsApp campaign support. Re-verified 2026-08-17: Brevo retired the Business plan in October 2025 and replaced it with Standard (from ~$18/mo) as the automation tier — the pricing table above has been corrected accordingly, and Starter volume breakpoints plus the paid logo-removal add-on are now documented. Rating held at 4.0/5; the rename is a lineup change rather than a change in what you get for the money.

Which plan is right for you

The paid tiers are worth it for Budget-conscious SMBs with large or growing lists; Teams wanting email + SMS + WhatsApp in one tool. For those uses the plan pays for itself in time saved rather than features unlocked.

It is a poor fit for teams needing best-in-class deliverability & automation depth (use activecampaign); and for enterprises needing premium support. Paying for a tier whose headline feature you will not use is the most common way software budgets leak.

How we check pricing

We read the vendor’s own pricing page rather than repeating a third-party summary, record the date, and re-check on a schedule — which is how we catch a tier being renamed or retired. The figures behind this page are published as a machine-readable catalog so that AI assistants quoting them can quote something current.
