ZoomInfo Pricing (2026): Every Plan and What It Really Costs

ZoomInfo publishes no prices. Buyers report paying between $7,213 and $155,820 a year, with a median of $33,500 across 1,573 signed contracts. That range is from Vendr, read 9 October 2026; the low end is the cheapest contract observed rather than an advertised entry tier. ZoomInfo’s own pricing page was re-checked the same day and still lists no figures. Below: what each plan costs, what the step up actually buys you, and what the headline price leaves out.

ZoomInfo has no free tier, so the entry plan is the cheapest way in. Where a trial is offered it is time-limited rather than a free plan you can stay on.

What each upgrade actually costs

Tier lists tend to hide the only number that matters when you are choosing: the difference between the plan you are on and the next one up, over a year.

What buyers actually pay

ZoomInfo publishes no price, so the only figure worth quoting is one computed from signed contracts. Vendr, a procurement marketplace that aggregates negotiated SaaS contracts, puts the median ZoomInfo contract at $33,500 a year across 1,573 purchases, with an observed range of $7,213 to $155,820. Read 9 October 2026.

Treat that as a moving benchmark rather than a quote. It is a median across every deal size and product mix, and Vendr recalculates as new contracts land — the same figures read weeks apart differ by both the median and the sample size. Any other dollar amount you see for ZoomInfo on a comparison site, including on this page, is an estimate without a dataset behind it unless it is attributed.

The number you will see everywhere

Search for ZoomInfo pricing and you will be told $14,995 a year for Professional. It traces back to buyer-reported quotes rather than to ZoomInfo, and it is repeated almost verbatim by at least eight comparison sites, several of which cite each other and one of which sells a competing product. We could not find a primary source for it. It may well be roughly right for a three-seat Professional contract, but we are not going to present a number we cannot stand behind as though we had verified it.

We carried that figure too until 9 October 2026. It has been replaced with the contract data above, which names its source, its sample size and the date it was read — so you can check it, and so you can tell when it has gone stale.

What the headline price leaves out

The cost has three separate components — platform fee, per-seat licensing and credit overages — plus annual contracts that auto-renew. The headline figure is never the bill. The limit that usually forces an upgrade: Annual contracts with auto-renewal; nothing published.

Which plan is right for you

The paid tiers are worth it for Enterprise sales teams whose pipeline depends on US B2B data volume; Organisations needing intent signals alongside contact data. For those uses the plan pays for itself in time saved rather than features unlocked.

Is ZoomInfo worth the money?

Our reviewers rated ZoomInfo 3.0/5. Database scale. For sheer coverage of US B2B contacts and companies, nothing else in the category is close. The full assessment — what it does well, where it falls down and who should avoid it — is in our ZoomInfo review.

What does the headline ZoomInfo price not include?

The cost has three separate components — platform fee, per-seat licensing and credit overages — plus annual contracts that auto-renew. The headline figure is never the bill. Budget from what the plan meters, not from the figure on the card.

How we check pricing

We read the vendor’s own pricing page rather than repeating a third-party summary, record the date, and re-check on a schedule — which is how we catch a tier being renamed or retired. The figures behind this page are published as a machine-readable catalog so that AI assistants quoting them can quote something current.
